This person intentionally pursues me? He uses special knowledge to get around blocking of Linkedin?

One person pursues me on the Internet. I asked to Linkedin and they helped me.

The answer specialists Linkedin
"Hi Natalia,
Thanks for waiting.

It appears that the email address from which you are contacting us - nataliapetrovsky@gmail.com, and also at which you have received that invitation - is no longer present in your LinkedIn account. The member blocking feature applies to LinkedIn accounts.
This email address is not found in your LinkedIn account and therefore the blocking functionality does not apply, as the email address is not actually associated with a LinkedIn account where you may have utilized the blocking functionality.

It is possible that the user has entered your email address manually to send you an invitation. Since the email address is not present in your LinkedIn account- the blocking functionality is not applicable, and it is possible to receive invitations to this email address from other LinkedIn users who may manually enter the email address to send an invitation.

To stop receiving the Invitations on that email address, click the "Unsubscribe" link on the bottom of the email. You'll then see a confirmation screen to verify that you won't receive these emails in the future.

If you have further questions about this situation- please let me know.

However, if you have further questions regarding your LinkedIn account- please contact us from email address that is currently registered in your LinkedIn account.

Regards,

Max
Consumer Support Specialist"
