An unknown liquid drips from one of the upper floors for a long time. In the courtyard under our bedroom windows there is a puddle of unknown substance. It has an unpleasant smell. There is no rain for a long time, but the puddle does not disappear and does not dry. I ask you to find the guilty and stop this mess. This puddle has been for a very long time. They removed a puddle with an unknown liquid urgently at night in complete darkness. They walked past the cameras so neatly that the automatic lighting did not turn on.
