How can copper recovery at a plant CODELCO "División Ministro Hales" (Chile) be 113 (145) %?

From the series of publications
"So they create a fairy tales for the investor"

"They draw up the necessary documents
and begin to search for the simpleton..."

 CODELCO "División Ministro Hales" (Chile)

Owners:  Codelco (Chile)

Let's count together:

They process  50000 tons per day.
If the plant works 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, the plant’s productivity will be 18.25 million tons per year.

The copper content in the ore is 0.95 (0.74) %.
The maximum amount of copper (theoretically possible) that they can extract from their ore is 173375 (135050) tons per year of copper.

CODELCO "División Ministro Hales" has already received 195485 tons of copper in 2018.
How is this possible?
How can one extract and sell something that does not exist in principle?

Copper shortage should be 29410 (60435) tons per year of copper.

How can copper recovery at a plant CODELCO "División Ministro Hales" (Chile) be 113 (145) %? (The recovery cannot be more than 100%!)

It is theoretically impossible to produce such an amount of copper at the plant CODELCO "División Ministro Hales" (Chile). How did they produce more copper what is contained in the ore?
