How to create a fairy tale for an investor?

Imagine a mineral deposit from which 100 tons of metal are extracted.

They extract metal in the following sequence: the mine, the processing plant, the metallurgical plant. 

The mine: In fact, the mine produced 15000 tons of ore with a metal content of 0.66 %.

They report: "The mine produced 100 tons of metal in ore." 

The processing plant: In fact, the processing plant processed 15000 tons of ore and produced 300 tons of concentrate with a metal content of 33 % and threw 14700 tons into waste.
They report: "The processing plant produced 100 tons of metal in concentrate." 

The metallurgical plant: In fact, metallurgical plant processed 300 tons of ore and produced 100 tons of metal and threw 200 tons into waste.
They report: "The metallurgical plant produced 100 tons of metal." 

In such a cunning way, they made 300 tons of metal instead of 100 theoretically possible.
