Who prevents us from obtaining the nationality of Chile and why?

I wrote the message "Department of Immigration and Migration of Chile received a postal mail for nationalization"
They disabled twitter so I could not share this message.
I wrote about it. They turned on Twitter, but my posts do not appear in the statistics. I guess you do not see them.
