I can't trust this report of the World Bank and ICMM

The World Bank, in collaboration with the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM, London) wrote a report "The Growing Role of Minerals and Metals for a Low Carbon Future"

Authors are Arrobas, Daniele La Porta; Hund, Kirsten Lori; Mccormick, Michael Stephen; Ningthoujam, Jagabanta; Drexhage, John Richard.

The name and essence of the report do not correspond.
For example, they want "... Metals for a Low Carbon Future".
I'm reading a Wikipedia "Steel is an alloy of iron and other elements, primarily CARBON."

For example, they do not understand that bauxite is aluminum ore, not metal.

Steel is not a metal and is not mineral - it's an alloy.

Cadmium and molybdenum are not rare earth metals.

Lithium is not a base metal.

Molybdenum and indium are not rare-earth metals.

Iron ore is not a metal.

Silicon is not a metal.

The title of the paragraph "Global Distribution of Reserves and Production Levels of Key Metals Critical to a Clean Energy Future". They write about silicon. Silicon is not a metal.

How do you think? Do bankers need to know billionaires of Forbes? Probably they should know. This is their direct work. This report proves that they do not know billionaires of Forbes.

I can not trust this report

They do not understand in metals. They do not understand in minerals.
Other specialists have already begun to rewrite these errors.
This is very bad. They made many gross mistakes.
