I work alone, I can do almost anything I need

One from the Catholic University writes to me: "We are developing a deposit of rare earths and platinum. Do you join our group if you are interested?"

My answer to this proposal and the like: "No, I'm not interested in working in an university group or other scientific group or a team, in such groups there is usually a very blurred composition of their members and the same blurred responsibility for the final result of the project.

I'm not happy with the fact that I can not determine the final result in such cases, as a result it is very bad for any project, customer or investor.
 
I work alone, I can do almost anything I need. I use to personally answer for the final result of my work. Therefore, I do not need any bands, except my own little team. If necessary, I myself will attract to my team on a temporary basis those who I need. "

I undertake to do only those projects that can be solved at the current level of development of science and technology for 1-3 years.

This I call discrimination and violation of human rights

October 19, I received an official refusal from the director of the school "Escuela Basica Libertadores De Chile" Cristian Moreno Tapia in "Admission to school 2018". In the letter, the director says that the school has a full set, there are no places and "Admission to school 2018" will not be for us.
Where did all these schoolers come from if I went to school early and came every day this year? The director, the inspector general of the school, stated earlier in his previous letters, announcements and oral conversations that "Admission to school 2018" had been suspended, that there was no recruitment to the school.

Hence, that's the my son-immigrant is who did not have a place in the school with 160 vacancies of the school "Escuela Basica Libertadores De Chile" for two years (2017 and 2018).

This I call discrimination and violation of human rights.

Who will be responsible for violating my child's rights?

They had admission to school "Escuela Libertadores De Chile" from 2 to 20 October 2017. There had an official announcement in the school.
The school discriminates against my son and violates my child's rights to receive free education.


Administration  of schoo "Escuela Libertadores De Chile":
Director of the School is Cristian Moreno Tapia.
School Inspector General is Veronica Leiva.
I wrote to organizations and persons. I attended school several times a day,

• The Congress of Chile
• The Municipality
• The Ministry of Education
• The Superintendence of education
• The organization for the protection of the rights, Unisef
• The child "National Council for Children"
• National Board of Education
• Justice, Police

None of them helped me!

My son does not have access to free basic education at the place of living!

I have so many questions:

1. The school "Escuela Libertadores De Chile" is municipal, state.  This school is obliged to accept my child at any time of the academic year. Moreover, it must be accepted if we applied to the school before the beginning of the academic year at the set time (as in the last year 2016). I have "Informe al Hogar". Why do not they accept my son to the school "Escuela Libertadores De Chile" during the official admission to the school for two years? And I believe that the school administration violates my son's right to receive free education.

2. They say that the School "ESCUELA LIBERTADORES DE CHILE" has 30-40 places at first basic class or less.
By document, in the School "ESCUELA DASICA LIBERTADORES DE CHILE" there are 400-600 PLACES at the first basic class (the School does not have enrollment in basic 2-4-th classes).

3. How did the director and inspector general find no place for my child for two years? I consider that discrimination against our child is on a national and racial basis, because we are europeans. I do not see any other explanation for this situation.

4. Why my white european child-resident doesn't have a place in the chilean municipal school? Only because there is THE DISCRIMINATION!

5. The director of the school "Escuela Basica Libertadores De Chile" Cristian Moreno Tapia violates the human rights and refuses my son for free basic education! Superintendency of Education, Ministry of Education, National Council of Education and others do nothing. Almost all these cases of discrimination have already been closed.

6. Does this means that the state organs of the socialist Government of Chile approve of this behavior of the director and support the discrimination of European immigrants in Chile?
As it seems to me, the answer is obvious.

80 children's must learn to school at first basic, but only 30 children's will be able to obtain free education in the first course of the School "ESCUELA BASICA LIBERTADORES DE CHILE".

THE DISCRIMINATION AND VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF MY CHILD TO RECEIVE FREE BASIC EDUCATION

I live in the Commune of Santiago with my family, the neighborhood of the Plaza Jerusalem (Plaza de los Reyes). We are permanent residents of Chile. My 6 year old son has the legal right to receive free basic education in Chile. However, my child's rights are violated.
We began to enroll in "Escuela Libertadores De Chile" (2018). That school is the closer to our home. This school is municipal and free for Chileans and foreigners. However, the inspector general of that school refused to enroll at the Escuela Libertadores de Chile (Enrollment 2018) for my son.
This happens a second time. In 2016, at same School, I was also denied enrollment (Enrollment 2017).
"Educación Municipal de Comuna de Santiago" also refused to help me.
Why the inspector general, the administration of Escuela Libertadores De Chile and Educación Municipal de Comuna de Santiago discriminate me against and violate my son's right to free basic education? I consider that discrimination against our child is on a national and racial basis, because we are europeans. I do not see any other explanation for this situation.

The investor asks me: "One uses vinegar (acetic acid) when leaching gold from the electronic waste (e-waste). He invites me to invest my money in this technology for my gold plants. I have a Carlin–type gold deposit. What should I do?"

I answered him: "I think it's a bad idea. Carlin–type gold ore has many carbonates. You can not use acid for leaching of carbonate ore. You will get only water and carbon dioxide. Nothing more. You will spoil the deposit. Watch the video."

Una discriminación no disfrazada y una violación de los derechos humanos en "Escuela Básica Libertadores de Chile"

El director Crictian Andres Moreno me escribió que la matricula 2018 en "Escuela Básica Libertadores de Chile" estaba suspendida.

El 19 de octubre a las 18:00 hubo una reunión de los que esperanban inscribirse en la escuela "Escuela Básica Libertadores de Chile".Cerca de 40 personas son presentes. Todos los chilenos se quedaron y se registraron.

No hubo afroamericanos, asiáticos, norteamericanos o europeos entre los inscritos. 
Solo había padres latinoamericanos.

Yo fui el único europeo en esta reunión.
¡Y la administración de la escuela me echó!

No permitieron me matricular a mi hijo. A la "Escuela Básica Libertadores de Chile", no tomaron solo único europeo, solo a mi hijo. 

Esto es una discriminación no disfrazada y una violación de los derechos humanos.

Pido adoptar medidas contra el director Crictian Andres Moreno y su dirigentes, y pido restaurar el derecho de mi hijo a recibir educación gratuita en nuestro barrio.

The director Crictian Andres Moreno wrote me that the enrollment 2018 in "Basic School Libertadores de Chile" was suspended.

On October, 19th at 18:00 there was a meeting of those waiting to enrollmeng to the school "Escuela Basica Libertadores De Chile".

About 40 people were present. All the Chileans stayed and signed up.

There were no African Americans, Asians, North Americans or Europeans among the enrolled. There were only Latin American parents.

I was the one European in this meeting. 
And the school administration kicked me out!!! 

They did not let to enrollmeng my son. They did not take only my foreigner son (with a permanent residence permit) to the school "Escuela Basica Libertadores De Chile".

This is undisguised discrimination and violation of human rights.
