EUROPEAN COMMISSION wrote report "Critical Raw Materials" More

The report has a glossary. Why does the contents of the report do not correspond with the glossary?

They do not know the difference between the Raw Materials and the finished products (metal and others). (Rohstoffe, Metalle)

This is an article from wikipedia "Critical mineral raw materials". Read Wikipedia and you will understand that I am right. 
"The term "raw material" denotes materials in minimally processed or unprocessed in states; e.g., raw latex, CRUDE OIL, cotton, coal, raw biomass, IRON ORE..."

Europium is a LREE, not is a HREE. They have so many other mistakes yet.

They in the European Union do not know that silicon metals do not exist?

They made a mistake. They do not distinguish between minerals and metals. They did not name any minerals. A lot of people rewrote these errors.


Everyone writes about critical minerals. Who can name these minerals? You should help geologists and name the critical minerals. Geologists will find them.
